Narrative:

The captain was flying, the autoplt was on. I was calling back times to company. The altitude capture on the autoplt did not work and we flew through the assigned altitude by 800-900 ft. Company has policy of calling out altitudes to go during approachs only, in this type of aircraft. Company should have policy for PNF to call out altitudes to go during all phases of flight. I do now!
