Narrative:

Aircraft was a cessna 310/right departing port columbus, destined for lunkin, oh. I was the sole occupant on board, carrying 112 pounds of cargo and 760 pounds of fuel. I was cleared for takeoff from intersection B on runway 23. At approximately 85 KIAS I began to rotate. The nose lifted and yawed left. I closed the throttles and braked. The aircraft skidded, went off the end of the runway, through a fence and came to rest on a road. I started to secure the airplane, noticed a fuel leak and quickly evacuated the aircraft. The wind was calm at the time. Emergency crews arrived in 1-2 mins. The aborted takeoff would have been successful if I had opted to use a longer runway.
