Narrative:
Runway has poorly marked displaced threshold for construction. On landing it is almost impossible to see where to land. Markings are not able to be seen until about 100-200 ft before touchdown.

Title: RWY 23 DISPLACED THRESHOLD AND TOUCHDOWN MARKINGS ARE DIFFICULT TO SEE.
Narrative: RWY HAS POORLY MARKED DISPLACED THRESHOLD FOR CONSTRUCTION. ON LNDG IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE WHERE TO LAND. MARKINGS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE SEEN UNTIL ABOUT 100-200 FT BEFORE TOUCHDOWN.
