Narrative:
ZSE told me to cross whyte intersection at or below 16000 ft, descend and maintain 10000 ft and then gave me the olm's altimeter setting. When I reached 10000 ft 7 NM west of whyte intersection, center said 'I show you at 9600 ft off your encoder' and then said the olm altimeter again (29.91). For some unknown reason, I had set the altimeter to 30.11 for the descent. I immediately corrected. I was tired and was not listening to what the controller was telling me. I was too relaxed with the flight and I became complacent. I try and fight against complacency, but that time it got me.

Narrative: ZSE TOLD ME TO CROSS WHYTE INTXN AT OR BELOW 16000 FT, DSND AND MAINTAIN 10000 FT AND THEN GAVE ME THE OLM'S ALTIMETER SETTING. WHEN I REACHED 10000 FT 7 NM W OF WHYTE INTXN, CTR SAID 'I SHOW YOU AT 9600 FT OFF YOUR ENCODER' AND THEN SAID THE OLM ALTIMETER AGAIN (29.91). FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON, I HAD SET THE ALTIMETER TO 30.11 FOR THE DSCNT. I IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED. I WAS TIRED AND WAS NOT LISTENING TO WHAT THE CTLR WAS TELLING ME. I WAS TOO RELAXED WITH THE FLT AND I BECAME COMPLACENT. I TRY AND FIGHT AGAINST COMPLACENCY, BUT THAT TIME IT GOT ME.
