Narrative:

ZJX turned us (X) 60 degrees off course. Seconds later we got the 'traffic' TCASII aural. We looked for traffic but shortly (within seconds) got the 'climb' TCASII. I climbed abruptly and advised ATC. When questioned, ZJX admitted the traffic was a G-4 climbing to FL390. We climbed to 38300 ft before clear of conflict.
