Narrative:

There was a MEL on the aircraft for a thrust reverser inoperative. The circuit breaker was collared (or so we thought). It turns out that circuit breaker under the 'correct one' was actually the one collared. We did not learn of this until a couple of days later when someone caught it.

Title: MEL REQUIREMENT -- AN ACR WITH A THRUST REVERSER INOP WAS REQUIRED TO PULL AND COLLAR THE CTL CIRCUIT BREAKER. SOMEONE PULLED AND COLLARED THE WRONG CIRCUIT BREAKER.

Narrative: THERE WAS A MEL ON THE ACFT FOR A THRUST REVERSER INOP. THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS COLLARED (OR SO WE THOUGHT). IT TURNS OUT THAT CIRCUIT BREAKER UNDER THE 'CORRECT ONE' WAS ACTUALLY THE ONE COLLARED. WE DID NOT LEARN OF THIS UNTIL A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER WHEN SOMEONE CAUGHT IT.
