Narrative:

Landed runway 26 instead of runway 27. Controllers were very hard to understand while being vectored to intercept a VOR radial for guidance to the airport. Flying the radial inbound, aircraft heading was 270 degrees runway was 12 O'clock. First officer called the field, then contacted the tower and we received landing clearance. We landed uneventful. The controller never indicated we were lined up for runway 26, nor did he say anything after we landed.
