Narrative:
I reviewed the general declaration forms and signed them on board the aircraft in st. Lucia. The next I hear from the #1 flight attendant approaching sju was that she didn't have the general declaration forms. I have no idea what happened to them. I advised dispatch and he arranged to have a copy in sju on our arrival.

Narrative: I REVIEWED THE GENERAL DECLARATION FORMS AND SIGNED THEM ON BOARD THE ACFT IN ST. LUCIA. THE NEXT I HEAR FROM THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT APCHING SJU WAS THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE THE GENERAL DECLARATION FORMS. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM. I ADVISED DISPATCH AND HE ARRANGED TO HAVE A COPY IN SJU ON OUR ARR.
