Narrative:

Air carrier X on takeoff roll at mob runway 32. Airspeed 60 KTS. Flight crew (flight engineer) noticed a twin engine aircraft approaching runway 32 from left to right on taxiway 'a-5.' he taxied onto runway 32 directly into our takeoff roll. We executed a rejected takeoff at 70 KTS. Our aircraft stopped 50-100 ft from other aircraft (a beech king air). Maintenance had to change the #4 main tire on our B727. Telephone call to the mob tower operator immediately after the incident revealed that (the king air) was cleared to runway 14 via taxiway 'a.' he missed the turn at taxiway 'a' and continued straight ahead on taxiway 'a-5' and entered runway 32 at taxiway 'a-5' during our takeoff roll.
