Narrative:

Altitude deviation. Flight X was flying at 11000 ft on autoplt and assigned to 10000 ft. 10000 ft was entered into the altitude select window and verified in accordance with company procedures. The altitude knob was pulled to initiate a level change altitude change. The aircraft began a climb and I initiated a correction to begin a descent. Aircraft peaked at 11300 ft. Aircraft descended to 10000 ft without further deviation for the remainder of the flight.
