Narrative:

We had just pushed back from the gate. Ramp agents disconnected without using standard calls. I called for taxi clearance, which was received. I then noticed the aircraft was slowly drifting forward and personnel were still working under nose. I called stop! And the captain stopped the aircraft. The ramp man called, said his people were still under aircraft, but that everything was ok. Problems: non standard call with ramp agent, we were doing a 15 min scheduled turn and were in a hurry. I need to wait to call for taxi clearance after all personnel have cleared aircraft, as the taxi clearance implies the aircraft is clear which may not be true.

Narrative: WE HAD JUST PUSHED BACK FROM THE GATE. RAMP AGENTS DISCONNECTED WITHOUT USING STANDARD CALLS. I CALLED FOR TAXI CLRNC, WHICH WAS RECEIVED. I THEN NOTICED THE ACFT WAS SLOWLY DRIFTING FORWARD AND PERSONNEL WERE STILL WORKING UNDER NOSE. I CALLED STOP! AND THE CAPT STOPPED THE ACFT. THE RAMP MAN CALLED, SAID HIS PEOPLE WERE STILL UNDER ACFT, BUT THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK. PROBS: NON STANDARD CALL WITH RAMP AGENT, WE WERE DOING A 15 MIN SCHEDULED TURN AND WERE IN A HURRY. I NEED TO WAIT TO CALL FOR TAXI CLRNC AFTER ALL PERSONNEL HAVE CLRED ACFT, AS THE TAXI CLRNC IMPLIES THE ACFT IS CLR WHICH MAY NOT BE TRUE.
