Narrative:

I was giving training in a B-17 during airshow passes. Runway 31 was being used for the low passes with aircraft to remain left of center per FAA for crowd safety. On each pass I informed the trainee to make sure he stayed left of runway 31 centerline. On the third and last pass, he lowered the right wing to give the crowd a view of the top of the aircraft. That put the aircraft in a right turn and we crossed centerline. I immediately corrected back to the left but we were already right of runway 31. There was no doubt that we discussed on all 3 passes that we would stay left of runway 31 but I still let it happen.
