Narrative:
Flight of 4 F-16's (nj air national guard) cleared to climb visually, climbed through our altitude. F-16's had been cruising at 9000 ft and we had been cleared to cross vcn at 9000 ft. Lack of judgement on the part of the F-16 crew. I believe they just intended to impress us, however they alarmed a few of our passenger.

Narrative: FLT OF 4 F-16'S (NJ AIR NATIONAL GUARD) CLRED TO CLB VISUALLY, CLBED THROUGH OUR ALT. F-16'S HAD BEEN CRUISING AT 9000 FT AND WE HAD BEEN CLRED TO CROSS VCN AT 9000 FT. LACK OF JUDGEMENT ON THE PART OF THE F-16 CREW. I BELIEVE THEY JUST INTENDED TO IMPRESS US, HOWEVER THEY ALARMED A FEW OF OUR PAX.
