Narrative:

While en route from lax to san, socal controller on 134.35 called traffic at 12 O'clock as 2 marchetti aircraft. We didn't immediately see the aircraft and the controller gave us a 20 degree left turn. We then observed the 2 aircraft doing aerobatic maneuvers. We asked the controller if they were on an airway and he confirmed they were on V-25 between wilma and albas. This is a dangerous situation. We reported the incident to the socal area supervisor at XA15 am local.
