Narrative:
Due to the short ht of the tower I am not able to tell which runway aircraft on final are lined up for until it's too late to send them around. Supplemental information from acn 305006: the MD80 taxied to runway 16L and was holding short at taxiway delta. The tower is too short. I could not see M020 traffic that taxied into position and hold. If I had not put him there I never would have known he was there. At an airport with a lot of student pilots that could be tragic.

Title: HT OF TWR CREATES PARALLAX VIEW ON FINAL APCH AND SMALL ACFT ARE NOT EASILY SEEN WHEN IN POS ON RWY.
Narrative: DUE TO THE SHORT HT OF THE TWR I AM NOT ABLE TO TELL WHICH RWY ACFT ON FINAL ARE LINED UP FOR UNTIL IT'S TOO LATE TO SEND THEM AROUND. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 305006: THE MD80 TAXIED TO RWY 16L AND WAS HOLDING SHORT AT TXWY DELTA. THE TWR IS TOO SHORT. I COULD NOT SEE M020 TFC THAT TAXIED INTO POS AND HOLD. IF I HAD NOT PUT HIM THERE I NEVER WOULD HAVE KNOWN HE WAS THERE. AT AN ARPT WITH A LOT OF STUDENT PLTS THAT COULD BE TRAGIC.
