Narrative:
While flying VFR from grand stand myrtle beach en route to akron, oh, I flew over R-5311 at 10000 ft. This restr area is surrounded by magenta MOA's for fort bragg and I only looked up altitude in MOA's which the highest being 6000 ft. Thinking I was above the MOA I proceeded into restr area 5311 which goes to 29000 ft. In talking to a representative of the army I found out that I and several other aircraft were in error on that same day. The army representative said he believed that I flew into this restr area in error and was doing nothing about it at this time. The bottom line is simply that I missed the blue line in middle of magenta MOA.
