Narrative:
Shortly after departure from cle at PM55 local and climbing through 4000 ft, both electrical busses disconnected from engine driven generators. The APU was still operating and the #2 electrical was restored with power. The double engine generator failure checklist was accomplished and both engine driven generators were restored on-line. The aircraft was completely normal electrically and we proceeded to our destination of dca. The entire abnormal electrical situation lasted approximately 10-15 seconds. When landing at dca, after parking, the aircraft was operationally checked as ok.

Narrative: SHORTLY AFTER DEP FROM CLE AT PM55 LCL AND CLBING THROUGH 4000 FT, BOTH ELECTRICAL BUSSES DISCONNECTED FROM ENG DRIVEN GENERATORS. THE APU WAS STILL OPERATING AND THE #2 ELECTRICAL WAS RESTORED WITH PWR. THE DOUBLE ENG GENERATOR FAILURE CHKLIST WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND BOTH ENG DRIVEN GENERATORS WERE RESTORED ON-LINE. THE ACFT WAS COMPLETELY NORMAL ELECTRICALLY AND WE PROCEEDED TO OUR DEST OF DCA. THE ENTIRE ABNORMAL ELECTRICAL SIT LASTED APPROX 10-15 SECONDS.
