Narrative:

While on instrument training flight, and on ILS approach into burbank, ATC advised of low altitude alert after we had crossed budde into burbank. We were just exiting IMC and instruments showed that we were on GS and center of course. Also noted that as we were on final, the aircraft behind us was also given a low altitude alert. As we continued the approach, and were VMC conditions and at approximately 3 mi from airport the GS and localizer appeared to be reading correct with the PAPI lights and center of runway. Will have instruments checked.
