Narrative:

A pilot reported that there was a non air traffic control type conversation 'bleeding through' onto the center frequency (135.07). This is an ongoing problem that continues to plague this frequency. It has been previously idented as a ham operator. The operator needs to be located and the interference eliminated as soon as possible. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: facility frequency control management specialist stated they are aware of the problem. The offender has been hard to catch because the problem moves around and the circuit breaker operator does not identify himself.

Title: ATC COM PROB CB RADIO INTERFERES WITH FREQ 135 PT 07.

Narrative: A PLT RPTED THAT THERE WAS A NON AIR TFC CTL TYPE CONVERSATION 'BLEEDING THROUGH' ONTO THE CTR FREQ (135.07). THIS IS AN ONGOING PROB THAT CONTINUES TO PLAGUE THIS FREQ. IT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY IDENTED AS A HAM OPERATOR. THE OPERATOR NEEDS TO BE LOCATED AND THE INTERFERENCE ELIMINATED ASAP. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: FACILITY FREQ CTL MGMNT SPECIALIST STATED THEY ARE AWARE OF THE PROB. THE OFFENDER HAS BEEN HARD TO CATCH BECAUSE THE PROB MOVES AROUND AND THE CB OPERATOR DOES NOT IDENT HIMSELF.
