Narrative:

I shot the ILS runway 34 into den. We picked up the approach lights at minimums and the runway environment shortly after (prior to 100 ft above touchdown zone) above the threshold. Due to a crosswind the nose was pointed slightly to the right. Left rudder was applied with a right wing down in flare. No indication (noise, etc) was noticed during touchdown after landing we noticed amber led light. We determined that the #8 slat was still out with flaps up. At the block the #8 slat was found to be damaged.
