Narrative:

In cruise over kerkira VOR, autoplt/flight director/FMS malfunctioned and failed to make automatic leg change and track desired course. Situation went unnoticed for 1 1/2-2 mins. Controller advised us that we were off course shortly after we had started course correction. Our deviation brought us within 2 mi of albanian airspace. No traffic conflict was noted or mentioned by athens control. The situation occurred near the end of our second 14 hour duty day during a ferry flight from singapore to the united states. Fatigue, time zone changes, and too much trust in our avionics were factors leading to this error in navigation.
