Narrative:

Flight Z climbing to FL270 caused a TCASII RA on company aircraft Y cruising at FL280. Y initiated a resolution climbing into our airspace causing a TCASII RA. We initiated a resolution of 2000 FPM up to FL300. We contacted ZOB immediately of our actions, and, when cleared of conflict and with ZOB's approval, returned to FL290.

Title: ACR HAS TCASII RA, TAKES EVASIVE ACTION.

Narrative: FLT Z CLBING TO FL270 CAUSED A TCASII RA ON COMPANY ACFT Y CRUISING AT FL280. Y INITIATED A RESOLUTION CLBING INTO OUR AIRSPACE CAUSING A TCASII RA. WE INITIATED A RESOLUTION OF 2000 FPM UP TO FL300. WE CONTACTED ZOB IMMEDIATELY OF OUR ACTIONS, AND, WHEN CLRED OF CONFLICT AND WITH ZOB'S APPROVAL, RETURNED TO FL290.
