Narrative:

After leveling for cruise, noted control yoke slightly turned to right with autoplt on. Upon arrival in mli, turned off during l-hand turn and aircraft wanted to keep turning left without input from me. I had to put right aileron in the stop roll and I noted left roll spoiler was up slightly on the pfci and called for the QRH flight controls. Complied with all procedures and declared emergency for landing in moline. If this roll spoiler was up during flight, there needs to be some kind of warning that it is up without being commanded up.
