Narrative:
I observed, during takeoff, that the cylinder head temperature indication was very low. Having flown this particular aircraft considerably over the past yr, and with all other instruments normal, I went ahead and flew the flight although the gauge was apparently malfunctioning.

Title: AN SMA PLT IGNORED HIS FAULTY CYLINDER HEAD TEMP GAUGE.
Narrative: I OBSERVED, DURING TKOF, THAT THE CYLINDER HEAD TEMP INDICATION WAS VERY LOW. HAVING FLOWN THIS PARTICULAR ACFT CONSIDERABLY OVER THE PAST YR, AND WITH ALL OTHER INSTS NORMAL, I WENT AHEAD AND FLEW THE FLT ALTHOUGH THE GAUGE WAS APPARENTLY MALFUNCTIONING.
