Narrative:
Flight X departed kmco northbound from runway 35. After level at 5000 ft and north of the VOR, departure instructed us to climb to 8000 ft and turn to a 270 degree heading. Passing 5500 ft the TCASII showed a sbound intruder aircraft at about 6000 ft. TA was followed by a RA and the aircraft was rolled out of the turn on a 300 degree heading and pushed over to return to 5000 ft. Highest altitude was 5800 ft as the climb was reversed, the intruder aircraft flew through class B airspace without contacting approach control. Flight continued to tpa uneventfully.
