Leveled at 16000 ft, controller told us that he said, '17000 ft.' he said it was no problem, but we all know how that goes. Human factors -- angry at company. Xa airlines is an accident waiting to happen.

Title: CAPT (PNF) STATES THAT FLC LEVELED ACFT 1000 FT BELOW ATC ASSIGNED ALT. THE CAPT WAS ANGRY AT HIS COMPANY.
Narrative: LEVELED AT 16000 FT, CTLR TOLD US THAT HE SAID, '17000 FT.' HE SAID IT WAS NO PROB, BUT WE ALL KNOW HOW THAT GOES. HUMAN FACTORS -- ANGRY AT COMPANY. XA AIRLINES IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN.
