Narrative:
Was reasonably busy at the time of the event. Had air carrier X, a dtw arrival at FL220, that needed to be spaced with dtw transitioning from a high altitude sector. Issued FL220 to descending traffic Y after looking and seeing that FL220 X was the traffic. I didn't say what I meant to.

Narrative: WAS REASONABLY BUSY AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT. HAD ACR X, A DTW ARR AT FL220, THAT NEEDED TO BE SPACED WITH DTW TRANSITIONING FROM A HIGH ALT SECTOR. ISSUED FL220 TO DSNDING TFC Y AFTER LOOKING AND SEEING THAT FL220 X WAS THE TFC. I DIDN'T SAY WHAT I MEANT TO.
