After takeoff at bwi at approximately 1000 ft the right engine fire warn came on followed by right engine failure declared an emergency and returned to bwi and landed. Tower and emergency equipment reported no fire or smoke. Proceeded to gate followed by emergency equipment. Aircraft weight at touchdown was 140000 pounds. Fob 28.1 landing was smooth at 200/400 FPM on touchdown.
