Narrative:

On walk around at mci, first officer found low tire pressure on left nose tire. Maintenance changed tire. Flight departed. On arrival at dfw maintenance met aircraft and informed us that we had flown an illegal airplane as maintenance had not put 2 signatures in logbook per procedures. They had to take new tire off and replace it in dfw due to this paper work discrepancy. Outbound flight was delayed.
