Narrative:

I initiated a descent from FL330 after the aircraft cabin exceeded 1000 ft. I leveled off at FL290 once the flight engineer had regained control of the pressurization. The maximum altitude the cabin reached was less than 11000 ft. I had some trouble communicating with ATC. So I squawked 7700 on the transponder. To point out to them that we were descending.
