Narrative:
I had a C152 X in the pattern runway 36 and a BE10 Y on a VOR approach to runway 36. Y was told to report passing the VOR inbound for runway 36. He rogered it and said he would. The C152 was cleared to land and was on a 1/2 mi final when the king air showed up on final right behind the C152. I pointed the traffic out to him and told him he was #2 to follow X, king air had to make a 360 degree turn to avoid the C152.
