Narrative:
Deiced in conditions we did not consider to be freezing rain so we therefore used type 1 fluid. We later found out that conditions were considered freezing rain which requires type 2 fluid.

Title: WRONG DEICING FLUID USED FOR RPTED CONDITIONS.
Narrative: DEICED IN CONDITIONS WE DID NOT CONSIDER TO BE FREEZING RAIN SO WE THEREFORE USED TYPE 1 FLUID. WE LATER FOUND OUT THAT CONDITIONS WERE CONSIDERED FREEZING RAIN WHICH REQUIRES TYPE 2 FLUID.
