Narrative:

Vectored to a visual runway 19R at las. Runway visual from southwest around east of field to a left turn to runway 19R. Cautioned for banner towing aircraft at 3200 ft MSL (1000 ft altitude AGL). (Field elevation 2150 ft) throughout turn to 1 mi on final. Looked out and saw clearly runway 19L. To right was runway 19R with a VASI on right hand side. Runway was wet. On final noticed at 50 ft AGL that there was some yellow markings on runway. That appeared to be painted over with black. I leveled off and striped marking ended just prior to VASI so I landed on centerline. As I rolled out tower said I just landed on taxiway delta! Called tower as requested spoke with 'jay.' since no traffic was involved, 'incident' would stop there. Terrible way to make first landing on runway 19R!
