Narrative:

Departed lax runway 7L heading 070 degrees followed by right turn at controller request to new heading. Had 2-3 controller heading changes towards trm to join sli 080 degree radial. Recall 1 heading assignment to 110 degrees. I do not recall if it was first or second heading assignment. Captain angle did seem weak, and upon frequency change, recollect that controller issued another heading change prior to our having to make inquiry. Continued flight unaware that any perceived deviation or conflict had occurred until after arrival iad. No urgency had been communicated during departure. Contacted TRACON as requested after arrival iad to learn of incident.
