Narrative:

Holding off and on for ord. Descended from FL230 to 13000 ft to hold at halie intersection. Due to a distraction from flight attendant, we neglected to reset altimeters passing FL180 from 29.92 to 29.20. Extremely low pressure caused us to be at 12200 ft when we thought we were at 13000 ft. Controller queried us, we realized our error and climbed to 13000 ft after resetting altimeter. We didn't accomplish the approach descent checklist on descent, which would have prevented this.
