Narrative:

Normal approach to landing runway 24R yyz. WX clear, runway dry, wind 330 degrees at 10 KTS. At touchdown, went to flight idle, manually extended spoilers. As weight transferred from wings to main gear, felt weight continue down on right main gear wheels. Immediately went full reverse thrust while lowering nose gear to ground for directional control. Blew left main gear tires attempting to remain on runway. Conferred with yyz tower as to possible fire/smoke. They confirmed fire/smoke right side of aircraft, initiated ground evacuate/evacuation.
