Narrative:
Selected landing gear down -- no response -- circuit breaker was popped. Reset breaker -- got 2 main gear down -- circuit breaker popped again. Reset breaker -- got 1 left main gear down -- circuit breaker popped again. Reset breaker -- got in transit light only. No gear down, circuit breaker popped. Try to hand pump manually the gear down -- some back pressure on the pump after 25 counts we lost all back pressure on the manual pump. Kept on pumping 3-4 more times -- counted at least 80 circuits each time. There was no pressure in the pump. Tried g- force to extend the gear -- no response. Landed gear up, with both engines shut down, feathered and fuel off. Came to a stop after about 800 ft. Touch down close to stall speed. Damage to belly, 2 propellers on each side. Hydraulic fluid on the front right side of aircraft.
