Narrative:

During climb out of rno on runway 16L, at 7700 ft, the #3 engine fire light came on. Emergency checklist was accomplished and engine shutdown. We climbed to 8500 ft, called tower, declared emergency and requested fire equipment on the ground. Tower vectored us around for visual downwind to runway 16L. I (first officer) was flying. The captain took control on final and landed on speed (bug plus 10 KTS) in the 1ST 1000 ft. We used reverse thrust and speed brakes and normal braking. We were going to clear the runway but an aircraft was blocking the turn off. So we stopped straight ahead. Fire department looked us over (engine and brakes) and said we looked fine. Tower directed us to do a 180 degree on runway. As we pushed up 1 and 2 engines -- we couldn't move. We informed tower and called our maintenance. We called our maintenance coordinator in atl for advice. The #3 and 4 wheels were locked. We could not use a tug for fear of damaging nose gear. Several hours later, aircraft was jacked up, #3 wheel spun loose, #4 wheel removed and towed to the gate.
