Narrative:

During climb, through FL200, system a hydraulic failed, pressure and quantity to zero. Ran the checklist and procedures, declared an emergency, and obtained clearance back to atl. Landed, cleared the runway, got the gear pinned, and towed to gate. Maintenance found a failed actuator at #5 krueger flap.

Narrative: DURING CLB, THROUGH FL200, SYS A HYD FAILED, PRESSURE AND QUANTITY TO ZERO. RAN THE CHKLIST AND PROCS, DECLARED AN EMER, AND OBTAINED CLRNC BACK TO ATL. LANDED, CLRED THE RWY, GOT THE GEAR PINNED, AND TOWED TO GATE. MAINT FOUND A FAILED ACTUATOR AT #5 KRUEGER FLAP.
