Narrative:

Upon completion of a maintenance test flight, we were returning to land at pinal airpark, marana, az. I was PIC but was occupying the right seat, to give the new owner some flight time prior to beginning his chkout. I believed he had extended the landing gear, but he had not. We landed gear up. It was a gentle, soft touchdown, with no major damage. Minor skin damage. Both propellers were damaged and the mechanics believe there is no engine damage. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the aircraft is a surplus navy C-1 from the grumman iron works. The propellers were damaged. But the fuselage is barely scraped.
