Narrative:

#1 ignitors did not start #1 engine. #1 ignitors did not start #2 engine. Started both engines on #2 ignitors. Upon reflection of MEL 74-1A, there may be unclr inference when it says one may be inoperative. The problem was popped circuit breaker for engine #1 ignition #1 and popped circuit breaker for engine #2 ignition #1.
