Narrative:
The state of hawaii is building a new fire station that blocks line of sight visibility to runway 35 from the tower, midfield of the runway for a couple hundred ft. As construction continues, an even larger portion of the runway will be obstructed. Supplemental information from acn 282367: rescue building built so as to obstruct view of runway 35/17 from the tower.

Title: CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE HOUSE OBSTRUCTS CTLR VIEW OF A PORTION OF RWY.
Narrative: THE STATE OF HAWAII IS BUILDING A NEW FIRE STATION THAT BLOCKS LINE OF SIGHT VISIBILITY TO RWY 35 FROM THE TWR, MIDFIELD OF THE RWY FOR A COUPLE HUNDRED FT.
