Narrative:

Locations: northbound east of estrella mountains at 100 mph level at 1900 ft MSL. Tow plane from estrella sailport dove from my upper left field of vision. Unaware if other pilot was aware of my presence but I had to take violent evasive maneuver to avoid a mid-air. Tow pilot continued in dive to airport, taking no notice of our presence. After tows released sailplanes they dive back to the airport to pick up another glider. This is obviously done without regard for safety.
