Narrative:

After pushback and engine start, I taxied flight away from gate. A air carrier flight in front of us told ground control that we had tipped over 2 empty baggage carts. We did not use excessive breakaway thrust and never exceeded 40 percent north. Ground control asked questions of air carrier flight but never said anything to us.
