Narrative:

En route from cottonwood, az, to torrance, ca, I stopped at bullhead city, az, P06, which I have been many times not knowing it was controled now. I used my flight guide airport and frequency manual which has the last update revision and still shows uncontrolled. I entered 45 degrees reporting on unicom frequency downwind, base and final. Just before I touched down I saw a twin aircraft climbing out on runway 16 for go around. I was landing on runway 34. Controller report of near miss. Runway is 7500 ft, me on one end almost touching down, other plane still airborne 7500 ft away, climbing out. When he went over me he was easy 500 ft above. Temporary tower is low with no visibility of me. You are unable to see very much of runway from tower. I do not believe any one was ever in any danger. FBO said there had been a number of planes landing not knowing airport now being controled.
