Narrative:

Day #3 of 5 day trip -- this trip consisted of 7 legs with 45 mins break between legs. Trip completed uneventfully. 3 days after completion of trip, I was notified by base manager of impending FAA violation for failing to sign weight and balance sheet as prescribed in company manual. Expressed shock and noted by apologies to chief pilot. I was advised to expect a letter of investigation. There is no excuse for failing to sign manifest, however, 13 hours of duty with 7 legs and operating in the summer heat of south fl are contributing factors to the fatigue. Which is mainly responsible for this oversight. In the future I will be more diligent in overseeing the flight paperwork completion.
