Narrative:

During a thunderstorm we had a wind shift and changed from runway 23 to runway 5. When we changed the radar map we found the runway 5 map to be very weak. The maps depict a 'shelf' which is the departure corridor. Aircraft are kept outside of the shelf on the downwind. The shelf was not depicted on this map. Several airspace boundaries were also missing. As there were no airport facility technicians on duty, they no longer work nights. We were unable to fix the problem. Had there been a tech here the map could have been fixed in less than 5 mins.
