Narrative:

Flying on an assigned heading of 030 degrees for vectors to a visual approach runway 19. Assigned 3000 ft. Got TCASII RA 'climb, climb now.' I complied and noticed a red target on the TCASII. It showed minus 100 ft and just to the right of the nose. Simultaneously, approach issued a 20 degree left turn for traffic. When the event was over ('clear of conflict') we were at 3600 ft. We later learned that put us in loss of separation with another light IFR aircraft at 4000 ft. We saw neither aircraft.
