Narrative:

737-300 aircraft was involved in a rejected takeoff at ind airport. I was involved with final walk around inspection of aircraft, which I performed in accordance with xa airline's procedures. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: air carrier mechanic stated during callback that the aircraft had just been released from a maintenance C check. This is an involved thorough maintenance check of many of the aircraft system. Apparently the mechanic that completed the interior cockpit check of the air data computer and pitot tubes for airspeed indication failed to notice they were not hooked together. Reporting mechanic performed exterior inspection of aircraft only.
