Narrative:
This was the final leg of 4 in an IFR trip returning home to vih. The vih runway 4/22 was notamed as closed. It just so happens this is the only lighted runway at vih. I was not given any NOTAMS on vih. I was IFR en route with ZKC when center notified me that runway 4/22 was closed. I returned to jef.

Narrative: THIS WAS THE FINAL LEG OF 4 IN AN IFR TRIP RETURNING HOME TO VIH. THE VIH RWY 4/22 WAS NOTAMED AS CLOSED. IT JUST SO HAPPENS THIS IS THE ONLY LIGHTED RWY AT VIH. I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY NOTAMS ON VIH. I WAS IFR ENRTE WITH ZKC WHEN CTR NOTIFIED ME THAT RWY 4/22 WAS CLOSED. I RETURNED TO JEF.
